You shall keep Contactlens.com.my & Malaya Optical Uptown Sdn Bhd fully indemnified against all loss or damage which Contactlens.com.my & Malaya Optical Uptown Sdn Bhd suffers or may suffer in connection whether directly or indirectly to usage of your User Name and Password whether by yourself or any third party, authorized or otherwise.

e-Billing

The terms and conditions for use of this e-billing service ("the Service") shall form part of the various Registration Forms entered into by Contactlens.com.my & Malaya Optical Uptown Sdn Bhd (hereinafter collectively known as "Contactlens.com.my") and yourself for the Contactlens.com.my Service Bills and you understand and agree that by clicking on key marked "To Order or Order Form" constitutes automatic acceptance of the Service and these terms and conditions.

Payment of Contactlens.com.my Services bills ("the Bills") using the Service of Telemoney Sdn Bhd shall be made using only with VISA and/or Mastercard credit card ("the Credit Card")

|
Contactlens.com.my shall not be responsible for the refusal of your Credit Card company to honour or accept your request for payment and any complaint by you must be resolved directly with your Credit Card company and no claim against your Credit Card company may be set off against Contactlens.com.my. Furthermore you will not withhold payment to Contactlens.com.my on account of any such complaint or under any circumstances whatsoever.

Contactlens.com.my accepts no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of your Credit Card details to any unauthorised person or for any unauthorised use of your Credit Card and/or Credit Card details.

All payment transaction using the Service shall be deemed to have been made by you and you will be liable for all charges whatsoever arising from all payment transactions whether authorised or unauthorised effected with your Credit Card.
